Charming Stay with a Touch of Vintage

My family had a lovely two-night stay. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and great service. The holiday decorations in the lobby were beautiful, and the complimentary drinks were a nice touch. Make sure to explore nearby attractions like Chinatown and North Beach, just a short walk away!

Beds and pillows in my deluxe king room were comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious and it had hair dryers, complimentary toiletries and bath robes for my convenience. The location of the hotel was prime - within easy walking distance of a people-watching plaza. The area was safe, a great place for me.

It's atmosphere and comfortable room. It's good location in a relatively quiet area of the city.

Our room was at the front of the hotel and looked out on California Street which is busy with through traffic and the clang of the cable cars pulling themselves up and down to and from Nob Hill. The double glazing was inadequate to shield this outside noise so sleeping was difficult during our two night stay particularly when the cable cars run from 7.00 -1.00 am. Bookings classify this a 5 star hotel which we wouldn't agree with. In our opinion it rates a very good 4 star. Deluxe but dated but still very good value.

The staff were friendly and exceeded my expectations.

I love the comfort and atmosphere of the Omni, as well as the friendliness of the staff..everyone had a smile on their face and was so helpful with whatever it was we needed.. The door man made us feel comfortable upon arrival..

The room was spacious and the staff's attentiveness was amazing. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the dining options were great, especially enjoying cocktails at the bar.

The room was spacious and super comfy with great bedding, made for nice sleep. I also liked the good curtains that kept it quiet. High ceilings added to the airy feel. Everything was clean, and the overall vibe felt luxurious, really nice. Just a heads up, there was no fridge in the room, a bit of a hassle.

Rooms over 500 per night with no Internet access or breakfast. Additional Tax for room per night is over 70. Very warm in room with limited thermostat control. Expected more for the amount of money.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a partial view of the Golden Gate Bridge from the 17th floor. Service was prompt, particularly room service. Staff was genuinely hospitable and courteous. The lobby is impressively grand, and dining at Bob's Steakhouse was amazing. The location made it convenient to access various points of interest without the need for a car.

The lovely staff were always available and promptly addressed my requests, particularly enjoying the delicious meals at Bob's Steakhouse right downstairs.
